Very soon you will be accessing your portfolio through LERETA’s new Elevate platform! Elevate is a rebranded and enhanced version of the platform you use today.
The platform upgrade date is targeted for the month of June. We will provide regular status updates via email and on the login page of your portal.
As you transition to Elevate, these are new features you can look forward to:

Updated reports offer simplified displays and are restructured for easy viewing

Simplified and user-friendly formatting – less tax jargon and acronyms
We expect this to be a smooth transition!
What if I need help on Elevate?
The platform is user friendly, and changes are intuitive. Job Aids for easy reference and group training will be provided as we get closer to the launch date.
What happens to our loans that are in cycle?
The platform update will have no impact on work in progress.
Will there be changes to the files we send to you?
If you send weekly or monthly files, no impact will be made to this process, and the file format will remain the same.
Will we need a new sign on?
No
